Bike Maintenance

Heaven.

In my garage.

With Old Faithful, my trusty blue cruiser.

And tools.

And the local bike shop dude

teaching me bike maintenance.

Two and a half hours,

in heaven.

Many will not understand. But I do, since the day that a pro taught me about derailleur hanger alignment was one of my best days.

I'm really enjoying learning how to keep my bike in good shape. The cruiser is now squeak free, rattle free, and shifts so smoothly. And I know what to look for to fix these things next time. Doesn't get much better than that.

It is indeed a worthwhile idea to maintain our bikes. I once happened to had believed so much in my dual sport tires following their durability and longevity with a view that they would never be of any let down to me. Little did I know that no matter what the quality presents you, it is never a guarantee that no maintenance of our bikes is promising in any way..
